July 26, 2024: Great day! We decide to stop into Regency Casino. Fitz gives me 50 euros/5000leks so we decide to only play until our money is gone. We both find a roulette table and play our 50 euros/leks. Fitz looses his immediately. I still have a stack and a half. I win a few but eventually lose all. We were given a 10 euro/1000lek each to play from the casino as an enticement to play. Fitz already lost his in the machine. I win a good mini-jackpot on a slot 152 euros/15200 leks!!! Later that night, Fitz bought me for my B-day, a wine painting event (Colour Wine) where I paint a tote bag. I’m there with another couple (Russian) who also paint canvasses. I love how my tote turned out, because I’ve painted before, I work fast and am able to do a scene on both sides in the 2 hours. Later walking, I meet up with Fitz who’s been at the “Taproom Bar”, having a grand time with some Expats he just met at an Expat gathering. We both walk back to our place and I’d walked 15,000+ steps.
