We met Carlos an Sylvia several years ago in Seixal, Portugal when we were their first renters in their newly renovated Airbnb. That’s a different story for a different post. But since then we have become friends, and we arrange to visit with them at least once a year. Both Carlos and Sylvia are teachers and they have 2 wonderful children Lourenco and Henrique. This year we agreed to meet a a really nice restaurant called Azenhas do Mar in Colares, Portugal. We made it a complete day which included hanging out by the lagoon while Henrique went swimming. it was a very comfortable and relaxing day. We had a really great time.
