Lisbon, Portugal June 5, 2024

6/5/2024 Wednesday: Today was a travel day to Lisbon, Portugal.  We took a taxi all the way.  I organized  my photos while Fitz dozed in the back seat and used his phone. The B&B  is very tiny, but charming, and has a city view. The stairs up to our 2nd level reminded us of our last Lisbon trip stairs with Ali, a good year ago. I had to take a pic and send to her for a laugh. This place also has  washer, so hello clean clothes! We walked around in  a different (to us)  Lisbon area, as I called “little India” as it was obvious that many of the food places and people were Indian, not that we cared, just wanted a different feeling place than before, with Ali. For dinner we went to the area that looked like there might be a festival brewing because of the St (Somebody) celebration, for 3 days or something. As always, Fitz had a beer and I had a red wine with a Bafana sandwich (pork, & mustard in a bun) while he had 6 sardines grilled to perfection. Both us us were happy. Back at the ranch, the wash was done, I hung it on the rack inside.
