After our included breakfast we did another Hop- on, Hop-off bus tour of Tangier, the blue line this time.
Fitz had a little tech work to do for a customer while I went on the Rooftop terrace and sat in the sun.
We stopped off at the famous Continental Hotel and took photos of cool Moorish architecture and kasbahs. The tile work and painted wood doors were amazing! They paired the cool tile with velvet chairs and couches in blue velvet, which looked luxurious.
We wandered around and I discovered a different souk marketplace and since it’s around lunch time (2:00ish) we stopped at this cool restaurant called Dada. I ate a salad niçoise and Fitz had a vegetable tagine, which he said was better than the one our Riad fixed. The waiters put fezzes on our heads for a lark and took our pix. I sent Fitz’s crazy photo to Noah (our son) with caption, “Shriner Fitz at lunch!”.
We walked back to our place totally exhausted. Fitz took a nap. The room next door was open for the latest guests, so I peeked in and took photos. It was equally as nice as ours, only in blues, whites, and browns with red accents.
We declined going out to eat again and instead stayed in our room doing emails and games etc.
